Dance Well invites you to find a gentle sanctuary in movement—a quiet pause in the rush of daily life to reconnect with your physical self. Step away from your roles and burdens, and rediscover the calm resting deep within. Through movement, we practice self-compassion and then extend that feeling of wellness to the people around us.
Instructor: Liz Tsui and Frankie Ho
Jockey Club Dance Well Project
The Jockey Club’s Dance Well Project is a creative movement programme that takes place in artistic spaces. Since 2022, we have accompanied many people living with Parkinson’s disease as they discover the limitless potential of their bodies through dance. In 2026, we are extending our reach to older adults and their caregivers, hoping to carry forward that creativity and perseverance and to connect communities through dance, so that people from all walks of life can gather and dance together in this moment.
