Date: 18 Oct 2024 - 19 Oct 2024
Workshop format
- Introduction
- The first hour will be based around small group object-based learning with key objects from the HKU collection that have already been used for the HHGC. Three facilitators (Heather, Kwang, Florian), will each take 1/3 of the group for a discussion focused on an object as a “conversation piece”.
- The second hour will be an introduction to the current HHGC project, including showing brief video segments, presenting a selection of Padlet notes made by students and discussing outcomes from the focus groups.
- The session will conclude with a discussion of the wider applicability of the findings into other disciplines, and across multiple universities.
