Description:
The patterns of this set of ten export porcelain greeting cards is derived from part of a larger dinner service suitable for a grand interior. The characteristic gilded design showing nobles strolling in gardens has been referred to as the ‘Rockefeller pattern’ since 1979, after a set with the same design owned by the Rockefeller family of New York.
